Welcome to the next instalment of our #CIBSEYEA blog series.

The CIBSE Young Engineers Awards recognise and reward the innovative thinking, hard work and skills of graduate engineers, whilst also showcasing employers who are truly committed to developing and encouraging young talent.

These critical to the future of the sector Awards, delivered in partnership with CIBSE Patrons, are possible thanks to our dedicated sponsors and partners.

Today, we are delighted to hear from Tamlite Lighting who joins us to share a cross-division message on how their association with the Awards future-proofs their organisation.

"As a UK lighting manufacturer with a rich heritage and over 50 years’ lighting experience, Tamlite understands the value of young engineers with fresh ideas, to help create spectacular building solutions.

As a result, Tamlite is delighted to sponsor the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards 2019, which provide an excellent platform for candidates and employers to inspire others and be motivated by their peers.

It is fantastic to see such a diverse selection of candidates designing and delivering innovative solutions. Tamlite would like to wish the best of luck to all the entrants, and of course for all that the future holds."

Hear Tamlite's cross-country team sharing their enthusiasm for the CIBSE Young Engineers Awards and fêting them as a breath of fresh air in our industry:
